What is Awareness Through Movement? 

Who would benefit?

Awareness Through Movement lessons are a guided movement lesson that combines meditative focus and gentle movement, helping you gain a deep understanding of physical habits and how to change them. This technique allows you to rediscover a movement range that your body may have forgotten. 

EXPECT a class setting where you will be lying, sitting or standing on a mat, or sitting in a chair, while Yonna guides you through simple movement sequences that are done slowly and gently. Wear comfortable clothes, pants are preferable. 

These workshops can be delivered tailored to your needs, either in the workplace or if you are someone who has a large floor space and friends interested in classes, I can come to your home.
